Sean Casey

Certificate of Excellence: Interactive Multimedia

While growing up in Melrose, Massachusetts, Sean Casey got his start and love for art drawing comics in elementary school. His passion for the arts continued as he received a certificate from Northeast Metro Tech High School for Graphic Design, and now, as he nears graduation with a Bachelors of Art in Interactive Multimedia at Salem State University. Currently living in Saugus, Massachusetts, Casey takes advantage of the mix of suburban and urban to take beautiful, sparse and detail-rich photographs which he uses to fuel his projects. Citing Keith Haring, Brian Donnelly (Kaws) and Paula Scher as inspirations, Casey’s work thrives in its simplicity. Frequently utilizing pastel colors, and embracing minimal, flat, design, he’s become laser-focused on user experience design for the web. An artist in the truest sense of the word, Casey’s work, whether screenprints, photographs, or graphic design, seek to give its audience an experience that’s one-of-a-kind.

Stefano D'Anna

Stefano D'Anna

Certificate of Excellence: Graphic Design

Graphic design was not the field I originally intended to pursue during college. Since I was a kid I loved drawing and always wanted to do something art related when I grew up. I think my interest in graphic design came about from my affinity for logos and typefaces. My main thought process when designing is to create something as clean and clear as possible. Whatever medium I work with I want my designs to be intelligible and intuitive in order to convey the message clearly. I believe that graphic design is one of the most practical and useful forms of art in our modern, everyday lives.

In college she began to pursue Graphic Design as a career, finding ways to combine her passion for illustration and painting into her designs to help them stand out from the rest.
